In 1990, three individuals, all sharing the Nguyen surname, took a bold step into the travel industry by founding Global Travel Agency. Despite their engineering backgrounds, they were inspired by the evolving opportunities in Vietnam and sought to serve the growing Vietnamese community in the Greater Toronto Area and beyond.
Over the years, these visionaries, joined by their spouses, formed a close-knit team of six who worked tirelessly to nurture the agency's growth. Their unwavering loyalty, unity, and shared values enabled them to overcome challenges and maintain a legacy of enduring friendship.
Through hard times, they exhibited courage, resourcefulness, and a commitment to continuous learning, ensuring the company's reputation and success. This enduring spirit of collaboration and dedication laid the foundation for Global Travel Agency's lasting impact.

I cannot say enough good things about Global Travel Agency and the wonderful people behind it. They have been my go-to travel agency for many of my trips to Asia and other parts of the world in the last four years. On this particular trip, my daughter and I had the opportunity to join one of their company trips to Cuba—and I got to experience Global Travel Agency in a completely different way. Even though I don't understand Vietnamese, I never once felt left out. I felt welcomed, included, and genuinely cared for. What impressed me most was seeing the team beyond simply being travel agents. They have such joy, warmth, and an incredible amount of travel and life experience. You can see how passionate they are about serving their clients and how committed they are to constantly learning and improving, especially in such a competitive industry. A special mention to Ann, their CEO, whom I have grown especially fond of. She is knowledgeable yet humble, always willing to learn, and incredibly patient. She has answered my never-ending questions about flights, itineraries, destinations, and all the little details without ever making me feel like I was asking too much. 😄 Good travel agents can book a trip. Great travel agents make you feel that someone is looking out for you throughout the journey. That is what I have experienced with Global Travel Agency. Shout out to Jenny & Kim! Jenny, who is very friendly and patient with all my questions, helped me get the Vietnam visa on time, and Kim was great in providing me with the list of documentation that I needed to get one. She was professional, courteous and also answered the many many questions I had on my first phone call. This team was recommended to me by a friend and I am happy to say they are excellent. And highly recommended!! Thank you, Jenny & Kim. I look forward to my trip to Vietnam.

Quick and cheap service! Went to go get my Vietnam Visa, $100 for 30 days, single entry. If you compare visa for other countries it does cost a lot, but when compared to other travel agencies for the same visa, half the price. I got the visa in 4 business days! The only reason why I give 4 stars is because you have to leave your passport and no paper work. They just take a photocopy of your passport and in that copy you write your address, phone number, duration and address of stay in Vietnam.
